- Librarian: Candidate owns a PhD degree in Library science/ information science/ documentation archives & manuscript keeping or a Master’s degree in Library science/information science/ documentation, with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record.
- Deputy Librarian: Candidate owns a master’s degree in Library science/information science/ documentation, with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record.
- Assistant Librarian: The candidate owns a master’s degree in Library science/information science/ documentation, with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record or qualifying in the National Level Test (NET) conducted for the purpose by UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. However, candidates with a PhD degree in Library Science shall be exempted from the eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
- Assistant Registrar: The candidate owns a Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a good academic record or 2 years degree/diploma after graduation, like LLB, CA, MBA or equivalent shall be considered at par with PG degree.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil/ Electrical): The candidate owns a B.E/ B.Tech in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with at least 55% marks with 03 years of relevant professional experience.
